La-Lyn Farms… Harvest 2016
Harvest 2016 was really a JOY short of the down corn! The soybeans set new Yield records this year and the corn was around average. We were blessed with Excellent Help and beautiful weather throughout… The Fall weather stuck around until Mid December so there was plenty of time to finish up with all of the field work.

Seth and Steven working hard to retrofit the 8 row Crop Sweeper to the 12 row header. This corn reel was last used in the harvest of 2008 due the repercussions of hurricane “Ike”… Uggh

Taking advantage of the beautiful and longer than normal Fall Season to get a head start on those weeds.
